What are Outdoorgears domestic shipping options and transit times?

We deliver our Products to UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 2-3 working days


Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.

Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Important note:

We don’t guarantee for timely delivery in case of adverse weather conditions which is beyond anyone’s control. Moreover, assumes no responsibility if and when the buyer fails to communicate the accurate shipping information. That said, no credits will be made in case of such delay of delivery.

As already discussed, delivering days do not include processing time. Therefore, allow us 1 or 2 business days to access the estimated delivery time. Without costing you any additional charges, Outdoorgears reserves the right to substitute a shipping method.

Important note:

If you have selected an incorrect delivery option, following message will appear on the screen:

"The shipping method you specified is not available for your address". So, please choose an appropriate method. Most importantly, Tog reserves the right to alter the shipping method for suitability. This action will be carried out without any notice. Extra shipping charges do not apply.

For freight delivery, the merchandise should be above maximum weight and dimension limits for common carriers. If you require a freight delivery, additional charges apply. Please speak to our customer services department for more details.

How long does Outdoorgears take to process the order?

All in-stock products take around 1 to 2 working days to process an order. Those orders that require shipment may take slightly longer. All in all, merchandise items are processed within 5 days at maximum.

In order to get items delivered within a short time, you are recommended to choose our express shipping methods when ordering. In case the item you have ordered is not available immediately, you will be notified with details of timeline required to ship that. By reading this clause, you agree that reserves the right to hold any product until it is available on the stock.

How can I track my order?

Usually the tracking info is emailed to the customer. However, if you want to check order status, you can visit the order status page. Please note it may take up to 48 hours to check the order status on the website. You can contact’s office if you need any further details.

Can I have my package rescheduled or re-routed?

If you want to reschedule or re-route your package, additional charges will apply depending upon the carrier handling your package.

If you have made up your mind to do that, you are requested to contact immediately. All successful intercepts will cost a fee per tracking number.

Since online payment method requires confirmation of all details, it may not be possible to change the location. As an alternative, you are suggested to cancel the order and place a new one either online or by phone.

Will Call: when the package is held up for the consignee at the nearest location

Reschedule delivery: holding up the package up to 5 business days

What happens if my item arrives late or lost?

We take full care of all packages as we collaborate with the most trusted carriers and we do apologize for any delays.

In case the package you have received is damaged, you can send it back for replacement. We will charge you replacement charges from your credit card and we will return the money if our team confirms that the order was damaged or lost. In case of loss, the courier service - Wings will pay the insurance settlement. Hence, you are on the safe side.
